Kampala Project Planning and Management Centre (KPPMC) is an indigenous Ugandan Private for Profit company that specializes in an aspects of project management, Entrepreneurship and business development and management.

KPPMC has added a new business its portfolio called cash box.
CASHBOX is a finance and investment business that provide various investment options to make its beneficiaries money to grow and provides short term financial solutions and credit to help our people overcome financial stress. Our goal is to create a strong network that shall give all CASHBOX beneficiaries the required financial strength and source to deal with their short and long term financial needs.
We are looking for skilled and passionate marketing officers to fill 100 positions that have been created by our new business.

Qualification& Skills Requirements

• Excellent sales, marketing and mobilization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give appropriate guidance and feedback to clients.
• Proven ability to make presentations and sell financial products.
• Ability to work under pressure set and achieves target with minimum supervision.
• Very high level of integrity, honesty and a strong sense of ethnics.
• Mature, confident and highly motivated individuals who can use their gift of mouth to negotiate and convince.
• Ability to use computer to process documents and use email and social media profitably will be an added advantage
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business related field and at least 2 years work experience.
• People with diploma and experience of 5 years in marketing and network marketing can apply

Salary: Very good and attractive plus bonuses depending on performance.
