JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities.
• Monitor the implementation and ensure compliance to HR policies, procedures and processes in line with the HR Manual and company guidelines.
• Coordinate the recruitment process by receiving walk-in applications, shortlisting candidates and follow through on hiring procedures in line with the recruitment procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees.
• Handle employee complaints and grievances in line with company policies and procedures.
• Compile, maintain and retrieve HR and Administrative documents as required.
• Updating of Staff Payroll together with Finance department.
• Responsible for staff Welfare for all staffs.
• Carryout staff appraisals annually for performance purposes.
• Preparing and issuing Ids to staffs.
• Ensuring compliance of Company policies by all staffs.
• Management of disciplinary proceedings in the company.
• Handling conflicts at the work place.
• Preparing and keeping track of the leaves i.e. annual, sick leaves etc.
• Tracking attendance punctuality through the use of geometric machine.
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Education, Qualifications & Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Management or any other related field
• At least 1 -2 years of working experience as an HR & Admin Assistant or a similar role.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Good organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer usage and Google applications.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with a professional Approach.
• The ability to overcome obstacles to solve problems to achieve results.
• A personal commitment to continuous self-development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
