LOADING SUPERVISOR (02 POSITIONS), KAMPALA

REPORTING TO THE DISPATCH MANAGER, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL;
Key Result Areas: To ensure all finished products are loaded and delivered to the customers in time and good condition, *Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order,* Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications,* Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing,* Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants,* Sign off the goods dispatched note, * Any other duties assigned by the Dispatch Manager. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
An ordinary Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management, Accounting, Procurement, and supply chain management, or Business Administration is required, * With at least 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable.

SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion, * Effective Verbal and written communication,* Customer service orientation skills,* Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence,* Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions,* Decision-making skills is required.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
