Job Summary:
Creative storytellers producing multimedia content (blogs, videos, social) to showcase properties and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality visual and written content, including blog posts, property listings, social media updates, and video tours.
• Create compelling video and 3D virtual tour content for real estate promotions.
• Design engaging infographics, interactive posts, and AR/VR experiences to showcase properties.
• Film/edit property videos (drone footage, 360° tours).
• Write SEO-optimized blogs on market trends and investment tips.
• Design infographics and social media snippets for Instagram/YouTube.
• Collaborate with Sales to highlight smart building tech.
• Collaborate with digital marketers to optimize content for search engines and social media platforms; and to align content with campaigns.
• Conduct interviews and produce storytelling content featuring clients, developers, and investors.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong storytelling, SEO, copywriting, and brand messaging skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends, real estate blogging, and interactive content
• strategies.
• Ability to work with drone footage, AI-powered editing, and immersive 3D property presentations.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Canva, and ChatGPT for ideation.
• Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and animation software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.), drone footage for property videos, and interactive content like 360- degree tours.
• Videography and Photography Skills.
• Portfolio showcasing real estate content.
• Diploma in Journalism, Media, Marketing, or related fields.

Preferred:
• Experience in AR/VR content creation.
