lsingiro Child Ministry Development Centers located at Kabingo Full Gospel Church, Buiubwe Full Gospel Church, St. John Kigaragara C.0.U, lsingiro Lift Up Jesus Church and Ruteete Church of the Nazarene seek to recruit staff tor the following post:

5 Project Directors,

Core Duties and Responsibilities of Project Director

• Serve as an advocate for children and caregivers.
•  Provide project leadership, staff supervision, management of children program and project resources.
• Lead and support staffs in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets.
•  Ensure adherence to program policies and guidelines.
• Support, monitor and build capacity of project staff in achievements of their job roles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

• Age: 22-35 years
• Mature Christians portraying a heart tor children and knowledge of scriptures.
•  A minimum of a Diploma in a health field tor CDO Health and tor other positions, a minimum of a Degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, Child Ministry and any other related field.
• Experience in community work and working with children is an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
• Willingness to work and stay in remote communities.
