Almansoori Petroleum Services is seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team for an exciting upcoming project in Tilenga. We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Education/Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Job Description:
As a Surface Well Testing Assistant Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations and ensuring the smooth execution of surface well testing activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing Company policies and procedures in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
• Assisting the Operator in checking equipment for damages during transit.
• Rigging up/down equipment as per instructions.
• Conducting daily maintenance as prescribed in the maintenance manual and recording it.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and machines.
• Building and maintaining healthy professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• Adhering to agreed work and leave schedules during base and field operations.
• Maintaining effective communication with the Company representative to prioritize and safely execute activities.
• Managing various materials and ensuring they are securely stored.

Skills and Competencies Required:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance
• Strong mathematical skills
• Knowledge of basic Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems
• Basic report writing skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization.
