Job Overview
As the Account Manager/Sales, you will drive sales efforts, expand market share, maintain customer relationships, oversee bidding processes, and ensure smooth contract signing and payment processes for the client in Uganda.

Key Deliverables
1. Achieve assigned sales and profit targets, as well as other performance indicators.
2. Participate in market expansion and brand promotion in Uganda.
3. Identify and develop project opportunities and collaborate with product teams to formulate customer-focused strategies.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
5. Gather and manage customer needs and project information during all bidding stages.
6. Coordinate contract signing processes and ensure timely payment collection.
7. Manage and organize sales activities to achieve client satisfaction and project goals.

Qualifications and Skills
Academic Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product/service sales to Uganda's main telecom operators.
Essential Qualities:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a deep understanding of the telecom operator market.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Uganda and occasionally to other cities in South Africa.
