Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA) is an International Bids should be hand delivered to our Offices on Plot Non-Governmental Organization working with Uganda's Smallholder Farmers for over 30years to improve livelihoods along the Agricultural Value Chain.
Sasakawa Africa Association Invites Sealed Bids from suitably qualified FIRMS/INDIVIDUALS to submit their Bids for purchase of various assorted used Office Assets.
The Items include Used office laptops, Printers, Scanners, Cameras, Monitors, CPUs, Projectors, Shreders, Wooden Shelves, Excutive Tables, Executive Chairs, Conferencing Facility. Television, Public address Speakers.
Terms of Sale:
The Items shall be sold strictly on "as is where is" basis. SAA will have no further liability after the items are sold.
Open viewing of the Items will be at the SAA Offices on Ruth Towers, Clement Hill Road, from 6th to 8th November, 2024 between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
Bids shall be opened on Tuesday 12th November 2024 at the SAA Boardroom, Clement Hill Road starting at 12:30 pm, in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
Late bids shall be rejected. The envelopes should be clearly marked -DISPOSAL OF USED OFFICE ITEMS. and addressed to the Country Director. All bidders should clearly indicate their daytime contact numbers and emails addresses on the bid Documents.
