JOB DETAILS:
Needed for a UK based Accountancy Practice with an office in Uganda- Kampala
The Assistant Accountant should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, a high level of professionalism and integrity with also a high ability to maintain confidentiality. He/She would be expected to be pro-active at problem solving with minimal supervision . Excellent interpersonal and IT skills especially in Excel are expected . A solid education background in Accounting and finance is mandatory and some previous experience would be an advantage. You will be reporting to the Accounting Practice Office Manager.

The following are the duties involved but not limited:
• Assist in Payroll management
• Assist in Accounts Month End Management
• Assist or deputise for the Office Manager
• Assist with Statuary Reporting Management
