JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining consistent quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer.
• Educate customers about coffee beans, brewing methods, and our offerings.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative coffee recipes.

Requirements:
• A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to continually expand your knowledge.
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• An interest in or experience with wines, cocktails and bartending is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Kampala, Uganda.
