1. TASO Uganda The AIDS Support Organization has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Educational Materials (School Compound Talking signs). This includes supply, delivery and installation to the selected schools. The Procuring Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the above supplies and services.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in TASO Procurement and Disposal Policy manual, and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below as in 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 12.00 noon on Fridays).
4. The Bidding documents in English may be accessed by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below as in 9(b).
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below as in 9(c) by 11:00am, December 16th, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to UGX64,000,000 (Sixty- four million shillings only).
6. Late bids shall be rejected and TASO shall not be liable.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below as in 9(d) at December 16th, 2022, 11:15pm.
