BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING
Replacement of Diesel Fire Engine at Kiira Power Station UEGCL/SPLS/23-24/10486
Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for replacement of Diesel Fire Engine at Kiira Power Station
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Ad, cap 205 as amended and Regulations 2023, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at (7) from 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
The bidding document which has been prepared in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/- (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on UEG- CL A/C No. 9030011177319, Stanbic Bank upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued elec- tronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at (7) before or on 2nd October, 2024 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,700,000/-(Uganda Shillings Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand only). The Bid Security must be valid until June 10, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 2nd October, 2024 at 11:10am.
