JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate bid opportunities in line with company objectives.
• Analyze tender documents to assess technical, financial, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit competitive technical and financial proposals.
• Manage administrative documents for bid submissions.
• Liaise with clients for clarifications and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, HR) for bid preparation.
• Identify and coordinate potential Joint Venture (JV) partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate JV agreements and subcontracting arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain records of bids, submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze bid outcomes to improve future tendering processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 7 to 10 years in bidding, tendering, or contract management within infrastructure, engineering, or land administration sectors.

Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and tendering processes.
✔ Excellent technical and financial proposal writing skills.
✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Experience in JV agreements and partnership management.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and tendering software.
