We are a company specializing in travel and adventure services. We are committed to providing customers with unique travel experiences. We are looking for a business development assistant to help us expand our business and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.

Job location: Within Uganda (option to work from home)

Monthly salary: 3000000-5000000 (UGX)

Job description:
• Market research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
• Customer relationship management: Keep in touch with existing customers, provide quality services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• New business development: Identify potential partners and establish connections to promote business cooperation and growth.
• Data analysis: Track and analyze sales data and market performance, and provide valuable suggestions to management.
• Paperwork: Prepare relevant business documents and reports to ensure smooth business processes.
• Support team: Assist the business development team to complete various tasks and ensure the achievement of team goals.

Job requirements:
Educational background: Priority will be given to candidates with a degree in marketing, business management, tourism management or other related majors.
Work experience: Priority will be given to candidates with relevant work experience, especially experience in market development or customer relationship management.

Skills:
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Preferred to candidates with remote work experience.
• Language skills: Fluent English reading and writing skills, other language skills preferred.
