Business Manager

Job Summary
The successful individual shall lead and oversee the business operations in the Firm. The individual shall provide guidance than enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the firm's vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the firm’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Job description

• Implement business management goals and objectives;
• Develop and oversee Key Performance Indicators for ' monitoring and reporting of departmental performance;
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals; at
• Ensure that the Firm has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.);
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity;
• Supervise the Work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and SCfViC4 providers;
• Assess overall Firm performance against objectives;
• Ensure adherence to industry rules and guidelines.
