JOB DETAILS:
The Diocese of Northern Uganda invites applications from mature Christian Professionals for a ministry opportunity to fill two positions at Christ Church Child Development Center.
Post: CDO Home Based Programming

The Child Development Officer –Home Based Programming (CDO-HBP) shall work with the Home based beneficiaries most of the time. 80% of the job time is out of office carrying out home visits. He/she shall be a model Christian and respectful of people’s privacy and confidentiality.

Qualification, Skills and Responsibilities required:

• Must be a born-again Christian.
  
• Must have at least a Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Nutrition, Clinical Medicine, Education and or Social Sciences.
  
• Ability to design a stimulating environment for children using locally available resources / materials.
  
• Experience and knowledge in ECD, GOBI-FFF components, maternal-child health intervention programs and social work will be an added advantage.
  
• Age: 22-35 years.
  

QUALIFICATIONS.
A minimum of a degree in Social Sciences or humanities. Familiarity with standards and guidelines for Child Protection Programming will be added advantage.
