Camp Supervisor -Onsite Oilfield Team
Location: Kampala, Lake Albert production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.
Primary function:
• Responsible for works in camp management and maintenance to insure successful operation,
• Ensure work is performed independently within established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties Employ and supervise staff to operate dining facilities.
• Plan menus, prepares food supply orders, and stores food.
• Arrange for disposal of garbage.
• Assume responsibility for checking in and out campgrounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.
• Inspect all facilities and collects breakage fees.
• Supervise and orients camp counselors.
• Assume responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies. Maintain required health records to insure proper payment of accident claims resulting from camp participation.
• Maintain liaison with medical doctors in the area.
• Assume responsibility for weekly camp attendance summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports.
• Assume responsibility for collecting camp fees, depositing money in the bank, and keeping accurate financial records.
• Assume responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
• Assume responsibility for inventory and ordering of recreational equipment and supplies.
• Perform related work as required by Superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Catering or Hotel Management, Hospitality or the related.
• At least 5-year related working experience.

Knowledge:
• Considerable knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills.
• Knowledge of menu planning and foodservices.
• Understanding of oil E&P

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
