Job Requirement
• PHD/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing similar sized organizations ( 10 years plus of senior managerial experience)
• Relevant industry experience , knowledge of the target market and changing business trends
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles
• Transparency and high integrity leadership
• Effective people management and delegation
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners and the workforce
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving orientation
