Responsibilities
As a Clinical Officer, you will be expected to:
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in line with clinical standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions effectively and efficiently.
• Perform medical procedures as required and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with professional guidelines.
• Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve the quality of care provided.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and contribute to the improvement of clinical practices within the organization.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
• A Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Registration with a Professional’s Council in Uganda.
• A valid practicing license, as per the healthcare regulations in Uganda.
• Knowledge and application of professional clinical principles, procedures, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment.
