General summary
The Company Sales Agent will act as the key link between our company and our target clientele including patients, healthcare professionals and institutions with the aim of meeting sales targets. The sales agent will increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products and maximize sales growth.

Duties and responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and implementation in maximizing onsite customer satisfaction and sales’ growth.
• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable company products and services
• Liaise with and persuade targeted clients utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Creating promotional materials such as banners and informative cards for dissemination to clients.
• Provide product information and deliver product samples.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions.
• Develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Build positive trust relationships with prospective and present clients to influence target groups in the decision-making process.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage including analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.
• Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.

Essential qualifications and skills
• Qualification in a health-related field and/or formal training in marketing, sales or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Highly motivated, relentless and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Fluency in multiple lingua is an added advantage.
