JOB DETAILS:
Overview
To develop an institutional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system for the implementation of the new strategic plan (2022-2026). The MEL system shall allow DENIVA to monitor and track progress to inform learning, reflection and decision making at both operational and strategic levels.

3.0. Required Skills and Qualifications
• A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, social sciences, or a related field of expertise. A post graduate qualification in M&E is desirable.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Experience in the development of M&E plans, frameworks and procedures for NGOs and donor-funded projects.
• Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative M&E approaches and conversant with indicators and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience and skills in training and transfer of knowledge.
