Title: Coordinator -Organizational Development and
Volunteer Management
Grade: UR 3
Reports: Secretary General
Location: URCS Headquarters
Duration: Three Years

Job Purpose:
The role of the Coordinator — Organizational Development and Volunteer Management will be to plan, lead the implementation and coordinate URCS‘ branches development strategies and management of volunteers and their structures in line with the URCS strategy in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
