Our client is an NGO incorporated in Uganda, working since 2006 in the coffee Sector to support public and private sealer stakeholders with the aim at achieving agreed objectives of improved productivity, production and quality are leaking for a new Country Manager to take responsibility for the management of all operations, and strengthen relationship within the industry.

Person Specification
Potential applicants should either have or be able to demonstrate the following;

• Masters’ degree or equivalent in agriculture, or related subject
• Proven track record of basic financial management skills
• Business development skills
• Strategic planning and development skills
• 5-10 years (or more) experience in project planning development and implantation work in Africa.
• Experience in proposal writing and fund-raising for small and medium sized grants
• Knowledge of coffee sector would be an advantage.
• Able to lead, build, mentor and coach and capacity build team
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Computer skills (Word, Execl, PowerPoint, Quick Books, etc)
