Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Credit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing credit risk, and making informed lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Credit Analysis: Evaluate credit applications, financial statements, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential credit risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Lending Decisions: Make informed lending decisions based on credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Credit Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of credits to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Credit Reporting: Prepare and submit credit reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
⁠Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or lending.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in credit analysis software and tools.

⁠Certifications:
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or CPA are an added advantage.

Working Conditions:
