Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. Our main customers are farmers using TREEO technology as part of our project. The successful candidate will manage relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

These tasks await you:
• Be the bridge between technology and customers: Farmer Groups & Tree Planting Partners, project developers, farmers, and tree monitors
• Conduct in-depth field visits to project locations to analyze customer needs and user experience of the TREEO App & technology
• Observe and analyze daily activities uploaded in the TREEO Cloud
• Communicate issues and needs to the global technology team daily
• Work closely with our technology and sales team based in Uganda, Indonesia, and Europe on the analysis of user stories (requirements) and provide technical insight into the analytical process
• Work closely with the TREEO country team and Tree Planting Partners on the development of projects
• Support TREEO users by providing consultation, support, training, and assistance whenever required via phone, WhatsApp, emails, Freshdesk, GitHub
• Deliver training on our applications, create and update manuals, and support the communication team in creating video tutorials
• Collaborate on the technical roadmap and overall process improvements
• Support the sales team in demonstrating TREEO technology, training, and onboarding with convincing insights from the field
• Perform other tasks as needed

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Luganda, both written and spoken
• Ability to effectively engage and adapt messaging for diverse target groups, including customers, foresters, field workers, technology teams, and global sales teams
• Excellent project management and skills in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Previous experience in a similar role as a customer success working with overseas customers worldwide
• Proven ability in working with rural communities (farmer groups)
• Proficient in writing user stories and analyzing customer needs
• Experience in troubleshooting Android applications related issues
• Previous experience working in an international environment and willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment

Nice to have:
• Data analysis with Python, SQL, and Tableau
• Python scripting
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
