What will be your job?
Your main activity would be crafting and executing effective social media and paid advertising content to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive measurable business outcomes. To do so, you need a thorough understanding of who Tunga is and what we stand for, so you need to be aware of every part of our business. Thus, you will be given a lot of responsibility and space to interpret the position in your own way and craft the collaboration within our internal marketing team.
What will you be doing?
• Creating and curating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to foster audience engagement, brand identity, and community growth;
• Online community management (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, X, and others);
• Monitor social media response and engagement analytics daily and ensure consistent, ongoing benchmarking and analysis of performance including data-driven recommendations to improve future success;
• Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns targeted at increasing awareness and leads;
• Design and execute digital marketing initiatives and strategies to reach the target audience using a mix of their favorite media consumption channels;
• Develop and execute a clear social media strategy that drives engagement across multiple platforms;
• Develop monthly calendars for online and offline content;
• Ownership of organic social media channels;
• You are not alone – collaborate with the marketing team which you are now a part of and other professionals across departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

What do you bring to the table?
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a social media marketer or content manager.
• Proven ‘hands-on’ experience managing multiple content and social media platforms.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Strong eye for design and proficiency in relevant software.
• Comfortable with remote tech and software environments.
• Highly proficient in using content scheduling and creation tools like Meta business suite, Hootsuite and Canva.
• B2B Paid Search Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist experience is a plus.
