Job Summary:
LZ Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven digital marketing specialist to enhance our digital presence and strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO, and data-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Implementation
• Develop and execute innovative online marketing campaigns aligned with LZ’s brand and business objectives.
• Optimize digital strategies to improve brand visibility and client engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance online marketing efforts.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Manage and grow LZ’s presence across various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
3. SEO & Website Management
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic reach.
• Ensure website updates, blogs, and landing pages align with brand messaging.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
4. Paid Advertising & Email Marketing
• Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client outreach initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and return on investment (ROI) goals.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
