Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities.
• Organize the dispatching process in terms of zoning and dispatch timing
• Pre-plan and identify direct delivery trucks
• Ensure that all deliveries are executed to customers in a manner that minimizes costs
• Issue customer invoices from SAP
• Prepare daily dispatch and pending orders reports for the sales and operation teams
• Provide any other job-related support within the department
Candidate Profile.
• Bachelors degree in any Business related course
• A qualification in a transport and logistics related course is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computer systems
• Self motivated with a high level of integrity
• A minimum of 3 years in a related role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
