Job Purpose:
The EV Assembly Technician will be responsible for the complete knock-down (CKD) assembly process, motor preparation, conversion of traditional motorcycles to electric (retro-fitting), and conducting final quality checks (QC) on each bike before it is delivered to customers

Key Responsibilities:
1.CKD Assembly
• Assemble electric motorcycles from CKD kits, following detailed technical guidelines to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all parts are correctly installed and functioning, adhering to safety and quality standards.

2. Motor Preparation:
• Prepare, install, and test electric motors, ensuring proper wiring and operational efficiency.
• Inspect motors for performance and safety before installation in motorcycles.

3. Retro-fitting (Conversion):
• Convert traditional motorcycles into electric motorcycles by installing electric motors, batteries, and controllers.
• Ensure proper integration of electrical systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise during conversion.

4. Material Preparation:
• Prepare and organize all components and materials needed for the assembly and retro-fitting processes.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts.

5. Final Quality Control (QC):
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks on completed motorcycles, verifying that all systems function as intended.
• Test ride completed motorcycles to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements before delivery.

6. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during the assembly and conversion processes.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and product quality.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Certificate in Automotive mechanics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle assembly, particularly in electric motorcycles or vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and vehicle mechanics, with experience in retro-fitting preferred.
• Familiarity with CKD assembly processes, high attention to detail, and a commitment to precision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues during assembly.
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
