JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Representative to join our team and lead our clean cooking and sustainable energy mobile app business in East Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, expand our user base, and increase revenue while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the specific business strategy, including market expansion plans, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
3. Work closely with the existing partners and suppliers to reconcile liquidations on a weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis.
4. Proactively engage in sales and marketing activities which may include active sales calls, doing follow-ups and conversion to any sales related inquiries.
5. Create, review and handle all contracts and agreements with our partners.
6. Lead, support and manage the development team, and champion their turn around of deliverables.
7. Take charge and lead all the company's business operations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the clean energy or mobile app industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling a mobile app or other digital product in the market.
4. Experience in leading and managing a team, including performance management and development.
5. Strong understanding of the local market, including cultural nuances and regulatory environment.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
8. Proficiency in English and the local languages (Swahili, Luganda) is required.
