Job Summary:
To assist Base Maintenance Team Lead in performing Shared Base Support task as below:
1. Facility Maintenance
2. Workshop Housekeeping
3. Yard & Workshop Space Management
4. Welding
5. Blasting / Painting
6. Well site Units Management & Certification
7. Shop Tools Calibration (IMTE: Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment)
8. Workshop Equipment Maintenance
Relationships: Direct Reporting: Location Facilities Manager
Functional Reporting: Base Maintenance Team Lead
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Execute iBase ticket assigned by team lead
2. Coordinate base maintenance activities within various segments and functions
3. Responsible for applying permit to work (if any) and closure
4. Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities
5. Update all preventive maintenance details into RITE Business System
6. Identified and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Ensure QHSE procedures are followed
8. Understand and promote Schlumberger values
9. Ensure HSE and job certifications are up to date, and HSE assigned remedial actions are properly close out within agreed deadline.
10. Any other duties, consistent with the position as required or directed
Plans, directs and directly or through subordinates, ensures supervision of the facility (is) management services including facility operating systems, maintenance processes, repair and improvement, custodial services, and security operations. Coordinates maintenance and operation activities within the various functions and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel and equipment. Recommends operating methods and equipment to reduce the facility(is) management costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems, or methods, service quality and safety. Coordinates preparation of contract scope/specifications. "Manage Shared Base Support Services for base common support tasks in compliance with the Optimized Support in Transformation". "Ensure consistent implementation of Schlumberger Property Management Standards, Engineering & Construction Standards, and Operations & Maintenance Standards. Coordinate with Line Management campaigns toward the implementation the standard Professional facility image. Responsible of the Shared Base Support initiative in the facility.
Previous Experience and Competencies:
Job requires a certificate or high school level with at least 2 years of experience in Field Operations or Construction/Project/Facilities Management. Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures with multi-segment experience preferred
