JOB DETAILS:
Are you passionate about sustainable forestry and carbon removal? Do you have hands-on experience in tree planting and forest management? We are looking for a Field Forester to support and train our tree planting partners all over East Africa.
Role
• Supervise the establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of forest plantations for carbon sequestration and conservation.
• Conduct field assessments to ensure tree health, soil stability, and sustainable forestry practices.
• Collect and report data on carbon sequestration, growth rates, and forest health.
• Provide training and technical support to local partners for effective project implementation.
