POSITION Fleet Manager:

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles. Fleet manager also serves as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations and plays a crucial role in trucking and logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. You will oversee fleet maintenance, process of procuring and replacing vehicles and hiring drivers.
2. A Fleet Manager will oversee all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance of drivers.
3. The Fleet Manager will ensure that vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potential in a safe and cost-effective manner.
4. The Fleet Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all JUSTMA/ MATINA -owned commercial vehicle.
5. You will be responsible to administer the processing and maintenance of vehicle licenses and registration, including insurance.
6. You will be responsible to determines whether or not to rent, sell, reassign, or retire a vehicle which is no longer capable of serving its intended purpose according to Management recommendation.
7. You will ensure that all JUSTMA/MATINA Company vehicles always run safely and efficiently.
8. You will be responsible to Monitor, correct and improve on the driver behaviors and operations.
9. You will Mentor, coaching, and reward drivers according to the company policy.
10. You will participate in the recruitment, discipline, termination and evaluation of Drivers ‘performance.
You will be Tracking driver attendance, health, and other statuses according to the HR Manual policy.

Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Logistics, Accounting, and Or Mechanical Engineer preferred
• More than two years of holding same position
• Previous work experience in the same position with a reputable company.
