Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Forex Bureau Manager located in Kampala. The Forex Bureau Manager will be responsible for managing financial activities, overseeing cash management, developing and implementing plans, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and enhancing the overall revenue generation of the bureau.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in the Forex business
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and trends
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration
• Must have a strong client base


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
