JOB DETAILS:
Eskom Uganda Limited supports the national skills development program and the training of young graduates to bridge the skills gap for a sustainable workforce and growth of human capital.
Eskom Uganda Limited is inviting fresh graduates below 25 years of age, with relevant bachelor’s degrees to apply for a training opportunity at Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations.
Purpose: The objective of the Eskom Uganda Graduate in Training Programme is to expose the beneficiaries of the program to practice and on-the-job training in different fields of work.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce, Business Studies, and other related professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting.

Roles and benefits of the training:
To receive training and exposure in roles and functions within the Finance department at Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations. The successful young graduate will be exposed to the day-to-day business operations of EUL to acquire extensive training and be capacitated with knowledge and information to gain hands-on experience in the Finance Department.
