JOB DETAILS:
Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and South Sudan. On behalf of our national based client that deals in producing of security documents and supporting IT systems, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions.
Overview on the positions.
Job title: Head of Operations.
Overview
• The purpose of the job is to provide strategic direction of the company's operations.
• The job holder will ensure operational and technical effectiveness and efficiency, which ultimately leads to the company's productivity and client satisfaction.
• The job holder will formulate strategies for improved sustainable performance in the areas of factory operations, project implementation and management, service and maintenance, quality assurance, and stock/ logistics management.
• The job requires practical and relevant working experience of at least 10 years, 5 of which should have been at a senior management level in an operations environment of a reputable organization preferably a state-own enterprisel corporate or commercial entity whose operations are heavily based on an IT infrastructure. Experience in implementing projects for security documents and related systems e.g., passports, ID's, and Drivers licenses is crucial.
