Job Requirement
• Bachelors in Human Resource Management
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, performance management and employment branding. Proven ability handling confidential and/or sensitive information
• Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends with experience working with HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and good communication skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Experience working in or knowledge of healthcare systems an added advantage
• Membership to HRMAU
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
