JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• The Human Resource Officer heads the Human resource department and is responsible for review, development and implementing the human resource policies and regulations to ensure that there is optimal human resources. The Human Resource Officer is responsible for entry, development, retention and exit processes.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:
• Implement the Human Resource policies and procedures, as per employees Manual. Ensure that the Employees Manual is reviewed and staff made aware of any amendments and changes.
• Ensure staff records are maintained properly
• Ensure that staff needs assessments are conducted and necessary actions taken.
• Counsel staff
• Ensure staff appraisals are conducted and any necessary actions implemented.
• Prepare reports for management decisions. Any other duty that may be assigned.

Qualifications
• A minimum of bachelor's degrees in administration /Human Resources
• Post qualification training in Human Resource Management an added advantage
• Must have at least two years' work experience in Human Resource Practice
• Computer literate, (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software).

Experience in Months: 24
