The Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute is a tertiary institution fully owned by the Government of Uganda with a mission “To produce a highly skilled and competent workforce for the National and International tourism and hospitality industry”. Over the years, UHTTI has established itself as a Center of Excellence in the fi eld of Hotel and Tourism Training in line with its motto “Skills Excel”.
In order to carry out its functions effi ciently and effectively, Management of The Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute– Jinja hereby invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fi ll Vacant Posts below, at the Institute in Jinja, on a two years renewable contract. Age Limit 25-45 years

Salary Scale HTTI4 Upper
Reports to: Principal
Job Purpose: To Monitor the Implementation of the
Budget of the Institute.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
(a) QUALIFICATIONS:
An Honors Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting or
B.com (Accounting option) or BBA Studies (Accounting option) plus full professional qualifi cation in Accountancy Obtained from a recognized institution affi liated to IFAC.
Professional qualifi cation in Internal Audit, like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified
Information System in Internal Audit (CISA), or equivalent level of qualifi cation in Internal Audit is an added advantage.
(b) EXPERIENCE:
At least (3) years of relevant working experience in the same Field in a Government Organization or reputable Organization
