Bids are invited from competent firms, companies for Pre-qualification to Mayuge District Local Government for the financial year 2025/2026. The pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with public procurement and disposal of public assets act, 2003 and open to all competent bidders.

General Construction of buildings
Renovation and maintenance of buildings
Construction of science VIP pit latrines
Bone hole drilling, test pumping, casting and installation
Rehabilitation of deep boreholes

Supply of School Furniture
Supply of Assorted office Equipment

Hire of road equipment’s (low bed)
Provision of legal services
Emptying of pit latrines
Borehole sitting and construction supervision of deep boreholes
Feasibility study , design and tender documentation of RGC piped water supply scheme
LOT D: FRAME WORK CONTRACTS
Repair and maintenance of computers & photocopiers
Repair, maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles, grader, motorcycles, boats and generators
Supply of culverts
Supply of road construction materials
Supply of fuel, oil and lubricants
Supply of printed stationery
Supply of general stationery
Supply of computer consumables
LOT E: REVENUE COLLECTION CENTRES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TENDER
Applicants are required to pay nonrefundable fee as follows;
LOT A, B, C, D & E 100,000=
Applicants are required to liaise with the District cashier to generate PRNs through the IRAS for Payment of nonrefundable fee and thereafter proceed to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for the bid document
Applicants are required to provide a valid trading license
Each item should be bided for separately with a separate general receipt
Application should be properly sealed and envelopes marked “fender for…” Should be submitted to the Procurement and Disposal Unit FOR BOX 1317 Mayuge.
All bids reach Procurement and Disposal Unit not later than 300/12/23 thereafter bid opening shall take place in the District Council Hall at 12:00 noon in presence of all bidders or their representative who wish to attend.
