JOB DETAILS:
Qualification:-
Bachelor of Lavi.
• Post Graduate Diploma - Law.

Experience:
• 4 years experience, preferably in Land matters.
• A legal practicing Certificate.
• Any other additional preferable qualification will be an added advantage.
• Age: Must be 30-35 years of age.
• Reporting to Senior General Manager Administration.

Roles:
• Monitoring/maintaining records for all parcels of land owned possessed by the Company.
• Carry out regular visits to all parcels of land with a view that there is no encroachment on the company land.
• Liaise with respective land registries to ensure land record compliancy.
• Coordinate land leasing process.
• Represent the Company in Courts of Law on land matters where need be.
• Any other assigned duties.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
