Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Maid Recruiter Agents across Uganda. As a recruiter, your primary role will be to scout and sign up qualified candidates to work as housemaids under Lafab Solutions. You will play a crucial role in helping us expand our network of trustworthy and skilled maids to serve households nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential candidates to work as housemaids.
2. Conduct initial interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet Lafab Solutions' standards.
3. Collect and verify necessary documentation from candidates, including medical certificates and background checks.
4. Educate candidates about Lafab Solutions' services, expectations, and standards.
5. Submit qualified candidates to Lafab Solutions for final review and placement.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience in recruitment, especially in household services, is an advantage.
3. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
4. Access to a reliable network of potential candidates.
5. Willingness to travel within your region to meet with candidates.
