Job Summary
To lead and manage the Bank's high net worth Banking proposition "Signature Banking” across all designated branches and ensure success of the product through quantitative entrenchment of the product business development, excellent Relationship Management, and operation efficiencies in line with the Bank's overall Business Strategy.

Responsibilities

• To formulate and execute the Bank’s High net worth Banking proposition Strategy to achieve the overall Business objectives and budget.
  
• Monitor and control the financial performance of “Signature Banking" proposition with the aim of growing the business line earnings and profitability.
  
• Drive a culture of great service and quality relationship management in order to retain and develop the Banks High net worth customers and expand the Bank's wallet
  
• share through brand loyalty.
  
• To acquire, nurture and sustain new “Signature Banking” relationships that have a potential to grow and provide superior returns.
  
• Lead the team in scanning and structuring the market so as to identify business opportunities and drive market action to achieve business targets.
• Academic Requirements:
  Bachelor's degree in business related field such as Commerce, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. A Diploma in Banking is an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of the banking operation processes & Customer seen/ice.
  
• At least 3 years ‘experience in banking operations, customer service and exposure in liability management, marketing new product and credit risk is desirable.
