Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic marketing professional to fill the role of Marketing Manager & Marketing Staff. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, from developing strategies to executing campaigns and managing a team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, social media marketing, content creation, and public relations.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and media outlets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and empower a team of marketing professionals.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure timely completion of marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proven customer relationship management experience.
• A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• Market analysis skills with an understanding of the baby and kid product industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, CRM systems).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the baby and kid product industry or a similar B2C environment.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies.
