The opportunity
As a Power Platform (PP) specialist, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for our clients. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code concepts and patterns will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our client's business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive growth through cutting-edge Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Power Apps solutions.
• Design and architect custom Power Apps solutions based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation for Power Apps projects.

Development:
• Build and customize Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps to meet business requirements.
• Create and configure custom connectors, flows, and other components within the Power Platform.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces for optimal user experience.
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.

Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing of Power Apps solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues through debugging and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate and verify the functionality of developed solutions.

Deployment and Maintenance:
• Manage the deployment process for Power Apps solutions across different environments.
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Apps applications.
o Keep abreast of updates and new features within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system architects, and other developers.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
• Integrate knowledge and skills from other specialties to address moderate to complex work assignments and problems.
• Support technology applications by exploring and adapting to changing technologies.
• Independently apply technical judgment to work assignments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proactively verify problem resolution and independently resolves routine and non-routine problems.
• Makes suggestions for technical modifications to prevent future problems.

Applied knowledge and SKills
• Passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and excitement for the impact Power Platform can have on customer experiences.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions, customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
• -Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate.
• Experience with and a good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance components.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informations Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning, solid understanding of relational database technologies, integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
