JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our client’s company operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operational goals.
• Develop strategic long-range plans to achieve objectives.
• Create and manage company’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expense.
• Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Provide workplace settings that are conducive to productive work.
• Monitor occupant satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, construction, and renovation projects.
• Receive and respond to approvals and notifications.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee efficiently.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
