JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented individual with at least two years of experience in fund management to smooth our daily operations.
Key Outputs/Responsibilities
Transaction processing
• Post daily unit allocations for the Money Market Fund, Savings Fund, Income Fund and Balanced Fund to the system (Unit Master).
• Verify client statement balances against withdraw requests.
• Verify client bank details against what appears on the system.
• Populate the RTGS payment schedule with necessary details for client payment.
• Post daily withdraws for the Money Market Fund and Savings Fund to the system (Unit
Master).
• Update/reallocate client funds previously captured in the suspense account.
Reconciliation
• Reconcile daily all unit allocations of respective funds with the Unit Master record and Bank
statements.
Client statements
• Generate and share client statements on request.
Reporting
• Share daily reconciliation of unit purchases for review and signoff.
Occasional Duties
• Attend to training and development initiatives so as to improve competency and job performance.
• Implementation of all operations processes and ensure compliance at all times.
• Actively participate in regulatory inspections.
• Client servicing and any other duties as assigned.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Quantitative Economics or any other related
field.
EXPERIENCE
• At least three (2) years of operations experience in Fund management or in a related Financial
Services Institution.

• Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to write reports and prepare
relevant supporting documentation.
• High level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build alliances and

• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the
organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and creative thinking skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills (internal and external customers).
