JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Packaging Supervisor
The Packaging supervisor ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in packaging final medical devices. They oversee packaging output, generate detailed reports, and contribute to the overall precision and efficiency of the dispatch process

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
• Manage shifts and control activities
• Supervises activities and work performed on the floor.
• Supporting Line Leaders and other employees when necessary.
• Maintaining and enforcing proper cGMP practices across all work areas.
• Responsible for working in all areas such as Pre-check and office duties.
• Responsible for working with the SAP system.
• Reducing time spent preparing lines for the next products.
• Training and educating employees when necessary.
• Recording In-process entries into respective documents.
• Checking cleanliness of machines prior or after use.
• Performing daily routine checkups and ensuring safety measures are in place.
• Reducing time spent during changeovers.
• Maintaining full knowledge and a strong understanding of all SOPs and proper use of equipment.
• Be a point of contact for questions regarding procedures and expectations for employees.
• Serves as a leader and coach.
• Addresses performance issues via coaching and/or partnering with HR when necessary.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure the working area is clean.
• Adhere to MHS’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP for production & manufacturing a plus
• Proficiently speak English as a first or second language.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Packaging Area Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally in English.
• Comply with safety and quality regulatory standards when packaging products.
• Ensure products are packaged in accordance with packaging time standards.
• Flexible and Adaptable: Copes with ambiguity, change and uncertainty effectively. Not hesitant to resolve lack of clarity, structure or definition of outcomes then moves ahead.
• Demonstrates initiative, sense of urgency and bias for action. Self-motivated, naturally proactive with high energy level when addressing work tasks.
• Communicates effectively orally and verbally with supervisors and peers. Maintains internal and external customer focus.
• Team Player: Consistently acts as a member of the team.
