JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• Oversight management of the production process and stock keeping.
• Planning and organizing production and maintenance schedules
• Ensuring that production meets all HSE and quality regulations.
• Ready to work in any time shift
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management
Attributes and competencies
• Good understating of coffee processing units and their Operation &Maintenance Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent report writing skills Teamwork & Innovative skills
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Preferred adult not exceeding 40 years of age. Education Bachelor's degree, one in Agro industry is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a coffee Export processing plant at supervisory/ managerial level.
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
