About the Role
As a Principal Consultant, you will take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality environmental and social projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our clients meet international compliance standards while advancing their sustainability goals.
Your work will focus on applying global best practices to real-world challenges, particularly in energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles are embedded in project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
• Oversee and lead environmental and social assessments, audits, and compliance reviews for projects in line with IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles IV.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on environmental and social risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and private sector clients, to develop solutions that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that projects achieve measurable environmental and social benefits while meeting international compliance standards.
Who You Are
